I love that this series is titled the Bad Boys of Sports because it makes readers assume that the heroes will be nothing but manwhores whose bad behavior overshadows their athletic ability, but that is so not the case with Jason Stone, because even if he has to prove himself to the woman he desperately wants, the only time he’s a player is when he’s on the football field and that’s the reason Savannah has such a difficult time staying away from him even when it could change not only the dynamics of her career but also her relationship with her father since he’s the one who signs both of their checks. Savannah Andrews is not the kind of woman who mixes business with pleasure, especially when it comes to professional football players because she sees them as nothing but trouble, but when veteran quarterback, Jason Stone, takes over her father’s team, the Dallas Wranglers, she quickly learns that he’s not the typical cocky QB and that her first impression was way off base.īut regardless of Savannah’s attraction to Stone, crossing the line when it comes to their professional relationship is not something she wants to do, but that might be an inevitability once their paths collide, leaving them with a difficult decision to make…give in to their desire or draw a line and not allow their bodies and perhaps even their hearts to overpower their heads.
